Dale Carnegie can be an asset to anyone you choose to send. Our local franchisee has put together classes specifically for service advisors and they were great. I have personally attended two Carnegie programs and they have been very helpful to me over the years. If you have more than one person to send negotiate a reduced rate.

Seminars are good, but when they are back in the water, they all revert to where they were before they went. I like to send them to a 1 week training experience where they are required to practice what they are taught. walk arounds, appt handling techniques, phone work, etc, they are video taped infront of peers, and critiqued, not once but 3 times each. Done in a shop setting. Really pays off. ACT Advanced Consulting and Traning by a well experienced consultant, Doug Fisher. Held in Rochelle Ill. ph 815-562-7161, costs around 1000$.
