This is very important!
You will be debited if not received at the WPC promptly!
Take the onine training ASAP!
Short term: get your APM or another Parts Manager (a local dealer you can call?) to walk you thru.
It's actually fairly simple, but several steps involved. Our Warr clerk checks daily, and brings us the request. There MUST be someone checking daily!
