i did see that .one order number has vin listed correctly, and another order number below that shows the cancelled order. same vin ,same customer name listed?KARTDAD wrote:If you go into workbench and pull up the order in "View order status summary", you can click on the order number. gully wrote:Ok, I have another this morning. It just says "canceled". I display the order status details and it still just says cancel/see note. There is no note! The VIN is CORRECT. I pasted the VIN from the answerback into Global Warranty and shows the vehicle having the recall. I went through my 160 orders and there is no duplicate. Am I missing something here?
