Funny For The Day

Sometimes, and I know it is bad forum, but I let the SAs around the end of the month write word for word on the "Customer Complaint" line to lessen the stress and create some good fun in a stressful time.

One of my SAs passed this one through on me.

"Customer states on yesterday, car would not stay crunk".

It was funny as hell, but I had to get them to go back in and take out the "on yesterday" and "Crunk" part.
The worst part of it was that one of the parts counter guys actually printed out a ad for "crunk juice" and handed it back to the tech with the quote.

Stuff like that makes the insanity of what we do worth it.

I love the spelling more than anything. The spelling here is pitiful, as is the grasp of the English language as a whole. I've never seen Montgomery murdered so badly.

Sick but funny. I sponser a local race track and it was "our night" to be on show, fire works and all, drive to trophy girl around the track. Sales told me to use a nice new BLACK Denali P/U. I guess I should have told them it was a dirt track!
The look on the detail crews face was "priceless".

So last week we put a 4" lift and big offset Fuel wheels and 33/12.50R22 Toyo mudders on a 1500 Sierra per customer request.

This week it comes back and the RO states:

"Customer states he spoke with (Serv Mgr) about cutting off 4 to 5 inches off his tires so the dirt would not get in the vehicle and would not rub off"

   :o
