Did I just lose a customer for good?

Did I just lose a customer for good?

So trying to keep it light this morning, or maybe you guys can add this story to your parts manager book that you guys discussed earlier last week.

So I ask myself today..did I lose this customer ?
Customer is waiting for his oil change on Saturday and decides to use the mens bathroom , while in there, he decides to have some fun with himself for everyone to hear.... another customer calls the police and 3 cops show up and talk to this gentle man about what occured in the mens stall! Of course this all happened with a packed customer lounge on Saturday morning and 2 of our employees also witnessed (heard) the moans from the mens room. I just discussed this with my owner and he asked if there was collateral damage in the mens room. I told him that was above my paygrade and I would call out hazmat team.
So did I lose this customer??
PS he did pay for the oil change and there was alot of awkward silence while he paid.

IF it was my deal, I would not want him back!

Maybe that is why I don't have a deal, er wait, I no longer want a GM deal!

Many years ago my boss left a sticky note on everyones work station, that Nancy Pxxxxx is no longer welcome to do business with our dealership. Most of the employees smiled!

Sounds like he was changing his own oil.

Anyway, that customer would be banned, guaranteed. It would be too disruptive if he ever came back.

By the time the police were done talking to him-his car was done. Needless to say, I dont think he will come(excuse the pun) back!! Nor do we want him to. I did ask the service advisor if he shook his hand and thanked him for the business..... He didnt.

Sounds like he needs to learn how to handle himself in public.
Wait, let me rephrase that.

Did they teach him how to check his own oil at the New Owners event?
