On the ultracode when you are at the last screen ready to cut, push enter and shift at the same time to get the cuts. Sometimes you have to try it a couple of times to time it right.

Worked great! Thanks Mike! Sometimes the code choices are pretty vague and that really helps!

LMAO - I just got hung up on from someone at OE that called offering me a free upgrade. I guess he didn't like me referring to their price increase as an "ass raping"

Yes. I usually pull the code and compare cuts to old key if available. Also on some that have multiple choices, you push the ? button and hold while pushing the arrow down button for more info.
Also I guess you figured it out, I forgot when you get to last screen push stop and then enter and shift at same time. Also if you ever have to push the emergency stop after the carriage moves and can't figure out how to get it to reset, push stop and shift at same time. This stuff is not in the manual. I got this from a tech at Silca when I was upgrading the software.

Because why would you put important information like that in the manual? Or that position ZERO is the key pushed all the way in until the head hits the clamp.

I guess they figured it'd be more fun trying to figure everything out yourself. Coming from a machine that was super simple to work with to this one was such a headache.

My drop dead date is October 15th. Yesterday we had a meeting with one of our wholesale body shop's asking us why we weren't on Collision Link. Now the owner is rethinking d2d, and considering adding CL.
We do very little body shop business, and this particular one doesn't have a great record with us so far, over 50% of what they have ordered they have returned. I am of the opinion that we let a larger metro dealership have it, but the owners won't listen to that.

For now, we have canceled our d2d link but kept our collision link until we learn more about the new mypricelink. If we find we can manage without collisionlink we cancel it as well.
