Just had a customer ask can you just call and order my part? Had to tell him no GM did away with that several years ago because their computer system is so reliable.NOT

Okay, on the positive side of this at least now I can blame GM for not being able to get key codes! :lol:

Normal day 2-3 key codes, today I have had 9 calls wanting to know if we can cut keys.

If you go into GM EPIC, go to Order Status and put in your control # and leave the part # blank.
Select the order with the X (Original order indicator) beside it. You can kind of see an answerback.
It's better than nothing. :roll:
