This looks almost word for word like a couple answerbacks I have gotten lately on a pair of SPAC cases.

I can't win. Just had to cancel one because a fellow employee sold it first! OEC had nothing in the "Committed Sales" area, only flooded the "Awaiting Commitment" with 156 requests for the same two part numbers.

Had 4 numbers that were on backorder for an ac job on a police vehicle. Put 4 spac cases in last Tuesday. All four are picked up within the hour by four different dealerships. Three of the four parts come in the next day. Waited another day, fed ex shows and still didn't have the fourth. Checked fed ex tracking and it hadn't even been shipped yet. Called the sprinting dealer and they tell me they don't handle spac cases and they referred me to their 29 car line warehouse where all I could do was leave a message. No reply back so I called SPAC, they then called and left a message with mega warehouse, Spac called back about 4 hours later and said the sprinting dealer/warehouse was giving them the runaround as well and to file a claim and reorder. My new spac case showed up next day with no issues. Then of course yesterday, Monday the original spac case shows up. They took 4 days to ship my AC line. That's 4 days a police vehicle is down and we look bad because of Sprinting dealers inadequacy. This is a prime example of Sprint abuse and they should lose their privileges in my opinion, This is not the first time this dealership has caused us Sprint problems either. Yeah I'm talking about you Smicklas/Bob Howard.

I always get the excuse that they didn't receive the FedEx label. If I do not have a label with in an hour of accepting a SPAC Case it is highly unusual. I call if I do not receive one in a timely manner. My labels are e-mailed to us. We may complain on these forums, but they are legitimate complaints. Gotta love that great GM feeling.

Unfortunately at our store, the fax machine is in the sales office. If a fax comes in that isn't theirs, it will either lay on the machine until someone comes to get it, or it will get jumbled in with other faxes and (90% of the time) thrown away when the recipient realizes that it isn't theirs. Due to that, I have my FedEx labels set to email to me when I accept a SPAC case and it is flawless. After accepting the SPAC case, I usually see the label within 10 minutes.

GM Sends all of our labels to a separate website for printing them off: https://gm.loopone(dot)com/login(dot)epl and we use our dealer code is both password and login. They will usually show up within 10 minutes.
We have had a lot of issues with OEC regarding attempts to commit to sales but after selecting "Yes" to sell the part, nothing happens or there is a message "Transaction unable to complete at this time." I did the site chat "HELP" thing, and was told to delete the cookies from the site. She helped me through that, and we still have the same problems. "But what about the "transaction" message?", I asked. "Someone must have made it in just before you committed to it.". I guess that could happen. Only there were five requests for the same part number, five different dealers, and ALL were current requests which still had the clock ticking.
ROI from OEC is BS, sometimes.

I got the request Tuesday around 2 pm. Verified could sell it accepted it got the label for it and now cannot get anyone to pick it up. It is an oversized part that has to go on common carrier. Called who GM said to call, told they would pick up Wend. between 8am and 5:30 pm ( way to lock a time down) here it is Thursday and panel still sits. Called them again was told they were to busy to pick it up and would try again today. Called SPAC to inform them and was told nothing they could do. Called the requesting dealer to let them know of delay. What the hell else am I to do.
