Dealertrack is a front end based system...fixed ops is limited. Even had their lead trainer admit that to me this week. Their reporting is awful. My guys are paid off of weekly gross sales. As of now, they cannot make
a report that can calculate the data. Special order tracking is a joke. So, tired of hearing what Dealertrack cannot do. They processes are highly inefficient...three steps back to take one step forward.
As a group we are saving approx, 2.4k/month per store with Dealertrack. Sadly, is costing us more in productivity. Good luck. You will hate it.
