Parts Workbench down in AutoSoft

For almost a week Parts Workbench has been down on my AutoSoft side. I called AustoSoft. They told me it was an issue on the GM side. That GM knew about this communication error and was working on a solution. Anyone else experiencing this issue or know when a solution is coming

I had issues a few days last week (Wednesday and Thursday I think), but nothing outside of that. Even with the issues, I was still able to send the order and submit a few core returns...it was just very slow.

Did cores last week right before it messed up. So I only have 2 small cores sitting.

Still down on my end. Tried calling Autosoft today. Their phones are messed up. Got a prerecorded message saying that they were having technical difficulties. GRRRRRRRRRR
