I am sure many of you have seen this but I will leave it here. Someone at GM has got some big ones.

COMING SOON! Parts Manager Satisfaction Survey
Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac Dealers
GM Customer Care and Aftersales and other automotive manufacturers have teamed up to co-sponsor an industry study of Parts Managers across the United States. The purpose of this study is to determine trends, satisfaction levels, and how General Motors supports you with operational issues.
The 2020 Parts Manager Satisfaction Surveys will be released on Monday, October 5th and close on Friday, October 30th. A link will be sent out to all Dealerships through a Global Connect Bulletin on the morning of October 5thth. The survey will only take about 30 minutes to complete and we encourage all Parts Managers to complete their survey, share concerns and provide feedback. Your feedback is extremely important and will be used to enhance the level of service we provide you.

I image he could be correct, now if GM would stop trying to screw us over for the sake of the stock holders we might be able to achieve a hell of a lot more.

I will judge them fairly and give them an honest score. I give them a neutral score for the Covid19, not great but not bad either. Really……….who plans for a pandemic? They were stepping and fetching like the rest of us. BUT…. for the strike and the Pontiac fiasco I give them a big fat failure! Now that they have caught up somewhat we can get back to the systemic problems they have.
RIM, discounts and return reserve, PDC’s fill rate, recalls always having to come out of MI, vendor ship direct B/S,returns and why do Transmitter batteries (19333112) always have to come out of 075 Pontiac? Can’t they stock them in our local PDC’s. The CR2032 watch batteries really don’t take up much room. We can’t do anything about it….GM says OBEY we know better, minion and just do what we say. I’m sure I am missing a lot more……………..
I will give them a fair F

Good lord I almost forgot about everyones favorite...….. The crossdock!

I finally filled mine out. I just let them have it. Don't know what good it will do. I am so tired of their excuses!
