COMING SOON! Parts Manager Satisfaction Survey
Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac Dealers
GM Customer Care and Aftersales and other automotive manufacturers have teamed up to co-sponsor an industry study of Parts Managers across the United States. The purpose of this study is to determine trends, satisfaction levels, and how General Motors supports you with operational issues.
The 2020 Parts Manager Satisfaction Surveys will be released on Monday, October 5th and close on Friday, October 30th. A link will be sent out to all Dealerships through a Global Connect Bulletin on the morning of October 5thth. The survey will only take about 30 minutes to complete and we encourage all Parts Managers to complete their survey, share concerns and provide feedback. Your feedback is extremely important and will be used to enhance the level of service we provide you.
