Submitting Customer Exceptions Error

Submitting Customer Exceptions Error

Postby PartsPlant81 » Mon Nov 08, 2021 2:52 pm

I have been trying to do a new defective claim in Global Connect but I am unable to process the claim with all 3 browsers now!

Internet Explorer: None of the options on the 3 different menus show up

Edge and Chrome: After I input the shipment number; part number and click next it takes me to an error screen.

Do I need to go as low as downloading Firefox next?

Anybody else having the same issue?

Thanks

Still using IE to do them here. Technology upgrade in the works for GM, maybe then we won't have to switch back and forth.

I HAVE FOUND THAT IN IE " COMPATIBLE VIEW SETTINGS" PLAY A BIG PART . DEPENDING ON WHICH APP (SEARCH)(LOCATE)(CLAIMS) I HAVE TO ADD THE SITE OR REMOVE IT. someone at gm told me I should reload Windows and it should fix it. MY IT guy said they were full of it.
