In late December of we sold a set of tires purchased on the GM program for a cost of $1342.54, and a sale price of $1512.48 on the set of 4. When Gm pulled their numbers or manually entered them however they do it. They have it in PASE sales loyalty as cost of $33,563.40, with a sale price of $134253.60, so this threw our PASE sales loyalty way out. Well It just happens that I was on vacation over the last part of Dec and beginning of Jan., so I did not catch this until after the 4th of January. On 10th of Jan we started getting surcharged for being non RIM compliant. Right away I looked into this and found their mistake. It took them until mid march to get this corrected, but in the meantime we were surcharged 1%, we still have not been reimbursed for missing PASE in Dec. & Jan. Hopefully when the payouts come for Feb they will have this straighten out completely, and we are reimbursed for the 1% surcharges + any other monies owed to us for Dec, and Jan PACE.
one would think that GM would be able to see huge of error and contact someone to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
