SUPRISE...PASE LAST MONTH NOT COMPLIANT

SUPRISE...PASE LAST MONTH NOT COMPLIANT

Postby CTB » Fri Mar 04, 2022 9:21 pm

All of last month I was compliant (good on all of my percentages) checked on the 1st and had seen the $ figure we should get.. Went in today to see where we were standing for this month then checked our last months dollar figure again because I hadn't written it down... Guess what, I'm no longer compliant.... Has anyone else noticed this? I'm hoping it's a glitch as today is the last day to remedy it....

Did you pull the loyalty report and see the offenders? Can always submit the adjustments to get it corrected within the first 5 or 7 days into the next month

In late December of we sold a set of tires purchased on the GM program for a cost of $1342.54, and a sale price of $1512.48 on the set of 4. When Gm pulled their numbers or manually entered them however they do it. They have it in PASE sales loyalty as cost of $33,563.40, with a sale price of $134253.60, so this threw our PASE sales loyalty way out. Well It just happens that I was on vacation over the last part of Dec and beginning of Jan., so I did not catch this until after the 4th of January. On 10th of Jan we started getting surcharged for being non RIM compliant. Right away I looked into this and found their mistake. It took them until mid march to get this corrected, but in the meantime we were surcharged 1%, we still have not been reimbursed for missing PASE in Dec. & Jan. Hopefully when the payouts come for Feb they will have this straighten out completely, and we are reimbursed for the 1% surcharges + any other monies owed to us for Dec, and Jan PACE.

one would think that GM would be able to see huge of error and contact someone to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.

PASE reporting files are currently being processed for RIM Compliance, RIM Purchase Loyalty, Dealer Sales Loyalty and MPVI/Menu dealer dashboard values. We appreciate your patience until the PASE Dashboard is updated appropriately. This message will be removed when completed.

This is in announcements this morning

What DMS are you on? We use Autosoft and it does some weird things with how it reports to GM. For instance, if we close an R.O. on the last day of the month, it doesn't report the sale of the parts billed on it until the next day. Also, a part ordered in one month and received the next will throw up a flag. The biggest one is that our controller will leave service's month open until the 6th or 7th and numbers will be off until he closes. It doesn't happen often, but every once in a while I have to ask for an adjustment to be compliant. I always find enough with the reasons that I just listed to get us back in the green. Hope this helps.

Guys... I haven't been qualify the PASE for the past 2 months and likely this month either. We have so much non GM parts. Of course our customer doesn't want to buy over price GM parts but what can we do. Also, Do you sell BG items? Like induction, engine service, trans flush, power steering flush.... how the hell can I get away from that since there's no GM number. It's been driving me nuts. Please help
