GM DAILY REPORT

When you guys/gals look at your GM Daily report, on page 6 of 10, what do you see? I have 9 days this month showing 0 REPAIR sales & on the REPAIR sales reported, the #s are way off (short). The GM REP is saying it is my DMS reporting the errors. I have AutoMate.

Can anyone tell me (with or without AutoMate) what they see on their report? Thanks for you time.

The only day that I have on mine with no sales is the 4th of July. I'm on Autosoft.

I have AutoMate and I have 2 days this month that show $0 for repair, but every other day until the 19th has sales info. I had the same issue you have last month. I had to call AutoMate and speak to Chrys (pronounced "Chris") in Third Party Services. For some reason the sales info isn't transmitting properly between AutoMate and IntegraLink (that is who processes the sales info for this report). She was very helpful and had it fixed for me within a few days.

Ours is solid too like PartsScott, but in the past when we have had $0.00 days my Rep too has blamed our DMS R&R

Thank you so much! I was able to get ahold of her & she is working on it.

Mine isn't working either. We have Auto/Mate.

Looks like an Automate problem. I've had an open case for over a month.

Mine is fine also except july 4th, but I would really like to know what the "other" category is for.

Does the data on this calendar affect the Same Day Repair Initiative payment?
