I see, well I am working for a hard to deal with company as well. Chrysler has changed hands and the new ownership is really making it hard

The dealer rewards rules have changed and now parts doesn't get discounts or return allowance if the CSI and FFV scores are not good. We can bust our ass in parts and if service doesn't get their act together we lose.

GM Dealers may be the most vocal, but it really doesn't matter - No one at GM is listening
(I really wanted to add "anymore" to the sentence above, but it has been so long since GM heard anything that I doubt if they remember how to actually listen) - in my opinion...
