I have found that Global's EPC won't work unless I'm in Internet Explorer. Firefox won't.

So I'm still fairly new to GM. We are the opposite of a wholesale playing dealer. However, our body shop orders their fair share. Lately I'm getting beat down by him and insurance companies on pricing. I have no idea how to apply for reimbursement. I know the owner asks about " his " FUNDS every end ...

So the other day I go out to drop off some information to my service manager that she'll ignore and then ask me about it next week, and her and our rep are standing at the service desk doing what they normally do ( nothing ) and she says I'm going to need to order more parts because her CSI is low ...

Yeah that was what I figured. I like how they send me an email thanking me for finding out their issues and then forget about it.

It would actually make it worse. It would discount the 10k core value but wouldn't discount the core credit on the next line. You have to see it to believe it ...
