This happened to me as well. Painted fender flares for a 21+ pickup are back ordered with gm, local adi. Parts are red listed for LPO only. I explain to customer and customer calls GM. Service agent calls me to ask for a spac case. I went over and over how there isn’t a spac case for an adi order ...

Esc’s do not pay labor, if your shop does 12 month 12k warranty that would be shop covering labor.
Acdelco customer pay batteries have never paid labor on warranty replacements. Again if you sell the battery

Don't forget about vouchers, they are now redeeming on the customer facing ads. Voucher payments come to you through bars account which is separate from your gateway payments. So if a customer redeems $100 in vouchers and pays $xxx amount on their balance you will have two forms of payments that go ...

You can up your labor rate in ads settings to offset low suggested labor time.
Do you guys have any issues with the labor pricing side of things? Seems like a lot of the labor times are not accurate.

Only parts department uses and orders on ads. Use it daily. Labor times are usually low. My biggest issue is now ads is letting customers redeem their vouchers online. Easy for the customer but a nightmare for accounting. Voucher credits go

I have had many sprinting dealers not ship for 2+days. It is always the "person" that processes those is off today or we never got a label. Seems like there are many dealers that have not heard of gm loop one.
