I don't mind giving them a little discount. I do mind spending time looking for part numbers for those who nearly never buy here, though. Most of our area are GM retirees, so the requests have slowed way down. There is that GCUS-9-10591 memo as well.

We just received 4 - 84243590s to fill orders for 84211191. I just checked the engineering notes for 84211191 and now see this:
"PART NO 84211191. CONDENSER. NO LONGER FITS MODEL YEAR 2014 TO 2016. 100 SERIES PICK UP TRUCKS. FOR THOSE MODELS USE CONDENSER 84243590."

We have only ever charged the install time listed, thinking phone time is included, sometimes even performed by the SM if the tech is tied up.
We charge certain items directly to shop supplies, and "parts" items on a counter ticket as they go out the door!

We use the Accessories Digital Solutions in the parts tab on GlobalConnect, for which we pay a subscription fee.

I had wonderful success recruiting from some of the local parts stores. I hired three individuals, at three different times and each one worked out well. Good luck in your search.

Ours took 10.5, 9 & 9.5 respectively to load 3 stations, with only one call to SBS. Not fun!
